8. Account Suspension & Closure

SV777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time. Common reasons for account action include: suspected breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, unusual or suspicious account activity, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will typically be notified via the contact details registered to your account. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or request withdrawals.

If your account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. SV777 will communicate the reason for closure where it is permitted to do so.

You may also choose to close your own SV777 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified real money balance will be returned to your linked payment method after standard processing. Bonus balances are not returnable upon voluntary closure.
